there is nothing worse then this! back when I had a kia forte i brought it in for service and the guy asked me if it was the turbo 4 cyc or the v6 model.... neither come with the car.
I went to BMW with my buddy to buy some parts for his e46 and we were there for an hour talking to the guy about cars he knew his shit! but im guessing bmw gets better training then kia ahaha
its so gratifying going some where to buy and product and have some one there to serve you that know their product and are passionate about it.
