Your right never said the shoulder, but I don't know many highways that have a 70mph speed limit and no shoulder, there are some I'm sure.. Put the picture of your car is right there by the grass.. You was trying to merge, got cut off..
Regardless.. You messed up, hurt someone else, because YOU wasn't drive appropriate for the conditions..
