The 4 options are basically switches. You're only getting one fuel map for that price which is 93 octane. There are different 'goodies' that ecutek comes with like flat foot shifting, launch control, autoblip and he can activate those for you if you want. If you get another fuel map (I.e e85) he'll place that on one of the four options.
I have:
Stock on mode 1
93 O tune on 2
93 O plus autoblip on 3
93 O autoblip/launch control on 4
