What you do is go into your packages and you find "Mobile Substrate" and you remove it. Mobile Substrate is basically the foundation for all of the tweaks on Cydia. When you remove it, it will erase almost everything you have installed through Cydia (including the dependent packages that may be causing the crash)

Do these steps
1. Click on mobile substrate and click modify then remove
2. Click on continue queuing
3. Click on mobile substrate again and click modify then reinstall
4. You should now see a bunch of packages in the remove section and mobile substrate in the reinstall section
5. Hit confirm

This is basically just a way that you can restart from scratch without actually restoring and re-jailbreaking your phone.
I just did this rebooting my phone now
