When was this? I do my best to reply to every email within an 8 hour period of receiving it, more often than not almost instantly. I 100% stand by my products and support them, I have plenty of customers who will attest to that. In the extreme event I did overlook their email I would still be more than happy to assist them as that's not like me to do
