It's nearly in the same place as the FT-86, maybe a bit lower and further back. The accessories are on top, the rotor housing is at the bottom, very low, behind the axle line,aka front-mid engine. It's almost like a boxer engine wo/cyclinders. That's why this new engine in this smaller, lighter car excites me, it's very similar in many ways and hopefully is as much or more fun!
