As a track noob, what is the proper procedure for surviving a massive rotor failure like this?

I'm guessing they let out a massive shreak and vibration... so would you:
- gently slow down and coast to the pits
- lock brakes, stop immediately, get towed to pits
- get off course ASAP, try not to catch the grass on fire, get towed to pits
- try to maintain rotor temp so they don't crack open, casually drive to pits
