For the folks in upstate NY, you can start from there and meet the folks from Northern and Central NJ at the Cheesequake rest stop around exit 127.

Try and make it to the Cheesequake rest stop at 12:45 PM. We'll leave there at around 1:00 pm. It will take about 1.5 hrs from there to get to Atlantic City.

Last stop will be the AC Expressway rest stop at around 2:30. Here we can meet up with the Mid Atlantic people, South Jersey people, and the PA people as well.

From the AC Expressway, we will all cruise in to the Parking lot at the Tropicana.

In regards to the hotel rooms, we should at least have a headcount on who is interested. I can more than happily ask if they have group rates, but I highly doubt that they will offer anything for a small number of people. If we have an estimated headcount, it will help with our negotiations.

right now the rate at tropicana is 259 for the night a group rate would be great!
