Well there you go! I didn't even know the boot would open itself.
I assumed the button on the dash just unlocked it so I could open it with the switch back there. Same with the button on the keyless thingy because the 2 sec delay meant it never operated it. Barely 1 sec on the dash button.
Now I understand[?] that being in the proximity unlocks it, same as the doors and those 2 buttons operate and release the lock.
