I washed my car from my apartment with no hose for years. Rinseless washing is where its at (as long as you stay on top of it and it doesnt get trashed)

Fill 2 buckets in the tub (make your life even easier by using warm water in the buckets

for the wheels you can use the leftover rinseless solution and an old mf towel just for wheels. Or an even easier way is to use an old MF towel and Sprayway glass cleaner (foaming glass cleaner - widely available - great for quick cleanup of the wheels)
