To me there is too much 'flat' space in the side view. The front and rear have a lot going on style-wise, but the side just gets the little 'kick up' by the rear wheel, and a rather subtle high character line. It almost needs something between those two features to make it a bit more 'busy' to match the front and rear.
Interior is nice, though.
