Sounds fishy to me. The best thing is, IF it is restricted as much as I think it is, then everyone's going to be able to gain a VERY good amount of power with simple I/H/E and ,maybe cams too. After that, raising the rev limit to 8000 should still be reliable and give an extra bit of power (when coupled with the cams).
This car is looking better and better every day!

Yea basically.
Although I don't know about raising rev limit, 86mm is a long stroke.
In case no one pointed it out yet in this thread, 12.5 is definitely CR, the kanji means CR in Chinese too lol. Have some homework due in like 10 minutes, I'll examine that picture later. Nothing interesting that I saw so far though.
