Something tells me this engine is quite restricted/de-tuned in some way from factory...

Yet only 200hp at 7000rpm?
Sounds fishy to me. The best thing is, IF it is restricted as much as I think it is, then everyone's going to be able to gain a VERY good amount of power with simple I/H/E and ,maybe cams too. After that, raising the rev limit to 8000 should still be reliable and give an extra bit of power (when coupled with the cams).
This car is looking better and better every day!
