I for one will go against the grain and say it's great for the OP to experience a newer and different car with less maintenance.
And, it's good that it will put the NSX out there so someone else can get to experience it. In fact, with the NSX I would expect many of them to have had quite a few owners in their service lives.
Most people that can pay for the ownership are not necessarily in the position to just bury it and go on to the next one and the one after. That is reserved for those with the space/desire/funds/willingness to collect. Only an idealist would advise just anybody to hang onto the car indefinitely.
