winter will not have an affect on the tint if the installer does it properly. Most installers now a days will bake it on with a torch. I would recommend you ask the installer how he applies the tint first. If he only put it on and semi bakes it with heat gun then leave it till spring. If he bakes it with a torch then you are perfectly fine.
