No offense to him but I'm guessing he's more of a kit person or pays a shop to build and design it. Not the cheapest (and depending on the kit/shop, maybe not the best) way to do things. Pointing it out because he seems worried about price..

Either way (Kit or Custom) it's going to be a wait for any of us before FI is done. I'm going to save enough money to rebuild the motor if I blow it while doing the turbo stuff... that is after the stupid Toyota ECU is unlocked or a work around is done... maybe Megasquirt or some standalone system will produce an ECU to be able to take care of the Toyota ECU... In reality there is someone in the Toyota that knows how to crack the computer language, we just need to kidnap him and force him to let us in!
