Coming from the EVO I could see that you think the clutch might be difficult. On a RWD car it's cake. Not as easy IMO as a FWD Honda, but extremely simple with only normal tools most people who work on their cars already have in their garage.
Turbo builds I agree if you don't know what you are doing, stay away. I'm just playing devils advocate since price is your concern.
