You don't even need to jack it up. Just undo the 2 nuts and bolts joining it to the centrepipe and then it's hanging by the 4 rubber mountings. Spray a bit of silcone into where the exhaust hangers go through them and then use a big screwdriver to ease them over one at a time.
If you lay some cardboard under there you wont scratch the new one or the old one on the ground.
Best to use a new gasket and make sure the face of the centrepipe is clean. Then hang the new one on the rubber hangers and bolt it up with that new gasket.
All finished. 30min at a snails pace.
30 minutes at a snails pace- so ill have to give myself at least 3 hours. Lol

Give me details on this gasket. Can i get this from auto zone? Specific size/type?
