Hmmm...I still think you have an interesting opinion. I too am in the tech industry. Been everything from a Linux/Unix admin, to a developer, to a manager and director. I've worked on the side of Engineering, Support and Sales. I work daily with customers. My family owns a dealership for exotics. So, think what you want about me...but you don't know my whole story either.

Bottom line, is that a customer is a customer. It doesn't matter if it's in the tech industry...car industry...or landscape business. Customers (and POTENTIAL customers) don't like to be treated like crap.

With that said, I have ZERO issues with you. Just disagreeing with you
