It just seems like some stick closer than others. Think 2010 Camaro. It wasn't exactly the same but pretty damn close. As for cost, how much more does differently shaped steel and plastic cost? I don't know, it just seems like car companies are afraid to take a risk and build what the designers conceptualized.
