All-season tires are a compromise no matter how you slice it. They might be just enough to get the job done in the winter, but they're only just enough to get the job done in the summer, too. Why compromise in such an uncompromising car?
i agree in principal,however,some may just want to drive around on all seasons,and basically enjoy the car profiling,and could care 2 sh**s less about trackin' it,or doin' autocross.car still handles very well with the (a.s.) installed,and will still get you through in the event you get caught in snow and there is time to get off the road.another advantage,is (generally) you get longer wear out of a set of (a.s.) as opposed to a (h.p) tire.
