I don't notice it in real light on mine at all. That being said, photographs can sometimes be misleading because of how the camera processes the light. Often it will make it look more severe.
Toyotas used to be terrible with the reds on the bumpers and other plastic parts fading differently and more quickly compared to the metal. I don't know if they've gotten better in recent years though.
