I'm in the infant stages of my tune, so he still needs to tweak the tune...is reviewing logs...and changing the modes to my spec. Emails have been going back and forth at least 5-10x a day.

Just seeing how he has been answering all of my dumb questions, makes me question the validity of the statements made (lack of communication). If a call or email was sent to Tony, I guarantee he'd be responding.
