Agree that it shouldn't have happened. I'd be absolutely livid and crying for blood. I'm trying to give humanity the benefit of the doubt (very difficult these days) and hope that the dealership will do the right thing in this case. If they don't, then ABSOLUTELY a lawyer needs to be involved. It doesn't have to be a knee jerk response, though.
