Some of the fastest Toyotas in the world are built in Puerto Rico. I don't know how you guys do it over there, but it's incredible! (I wish I could move there or to New Zealand and get help building my 4A-GE!) I'm confident if you talk to the right people you can get a turbo on this car and make the power you're looking for.
