Realistically (with my budget and considering it will be a lease), probably just some lighting stuff (LEDs and HIDs), nice set of wheels/tires, shark-fin antenna, 5-axis spoiler, and a cat-back exhaust. Stuff that can either be swapped back to stock fairly easily, or don't remove resale value.
In fantasy land, where anything is possible and the car is 100% mine, full Rocket Bunny kit, wheels/tires, suspension, turbo, etc...
