Today the rattle is gone. I suspect it's because I rolled down my window completely down (did this a few times) which made it realign.
After the realignment I notice it does the roll down and up effect (from opening and closing door) in a normal up/down movement whereas when the window rattles, I notice from the outside the window rolls up/down a tad slanted.
I'll see if it resurfaces tomorrow since it's extremely cold tomorrow.
