I decided that the knockout seals looked cheap, and I wasn't confident that they'd stay on the wheel since I had to bend the tabs in a bit to clear the hubcentric ring.

Instead, I got some 56mm black center caps which I attached to the hubcentric rings themselves. I still have to do a test fit to make sure it left enough clearance for the hub. It looks good and will match my black lug nuts nicely if so.
