The hose supplied by Cusco is 16mm but the diameter of the PCV valve outlet is only 9MM. I improvised a part for this purpose.
I removed the inlet barbs and stuffed in some fluffed up stainless steel wool. Used a screw driver to stuff it in, and hopefully it fills but doesn't overfill the bottle.
