I am pretty sure they are using a stock ECU with modified programming via HP tuners dual injectors are not stock. They are simply using them to get enough ethanol in the cylinders. The factory turbo cobalts have direct injection (LNF engine), the factory supercharged cobalts (LSJ engine) have standard port injection. Everyone uses HP tuners for domestics it seems like.

interesting. im guessing the stock ecu wont have provisions to tune a second set of injectors. so perhaps they are using something like a meth injection kit and spraying e85? if the FT's ecu is programmable, tuners will have to learn how to tune both DI and PI together, seamlessly, on the ecu.
