I try to buy the cheapest, lightest wheel I can that I know doesn't have quality issues and recommend others do the same. Spend the good money on parts that actually mater.

If he really lives in Holland I think it's Holland, MI or Holland, OH because I've raced against him before (didn't know it until this forum though). If you've never been in MI or OH than you don't know what bad roads are

The paint/powdercoating of a wheel I don't consider damage to a wheel. When I think of damage I think of curbing, bending, cracking, etc. Oneday may have that same impression.
