SC will make power in different parts of the power band depending on what type of charger is used. Go and watch Vortech's Dyno plot. Not much power down low, it builds up al the way towads the end where it achieves max power. Both are good choices, you just have to look at power delivery and see what would you like in your car. A proper TC kit will have its advantages over a proper SC kit and vice versa.
