After waiting and waiting to find the right color and right transmission, I finally found her
I've probably talked to every dealer in SoCal at least 3-4 different times trying to get a Argento Auto FR-S. I was just about to give up on this color and go with a white coming in 2 weeks, but decided to try one last time with a dealer 30 miles away. Sure enough they had one in the showroom
No dealer add-ons, no hidden BS too! It was perfect.
I told him that I would be about an hour to get there and he said that was fine. Half way there, I decided to call again and I got some bad news. Someone was taking her out on a test drive... Crap
He was still deciding when I got there so I started filling out the paperwork immediately. After a few minutes went by, I saw the guy leave. He decided not to get it anyway
Relieved, I finished the paperwork and purchased my car.
Argento was originally the color that I wanted to have when I got my first FR-S. The Raven just happened to arrive on May 24th and I jumped on it cause I wanted one right away. Although I don't wish any FR-S the same fate as my first one, everything happens for a reason. I didn't have to pay to ship it from Houston to Cali, I didn't have to pay transfer fees, and now I got the color I always wanted. Today was definitely a great one!
