Ok I will admit that i was a little skeptical about where my turbo kit would get oil from, but there is no tapping anything...well you do get a new oil pan with a fitting welded on for the drain line from the turbo but as for the supply...the engine apparently was designed for a turbo because there is a capped oil supply port on the block:
