A propane torch should work. The paint doesn't hold up to track temps so it'll likely brown a bit with the torch too. Ask Don @ Accelerated I know he heated the ones he test fit so he can tell you if it'll discolor the paint. You could maybe try an impact driver instead?
I'm using the Essex Sprint kit so I haven't had to deal with this issue myself
