Ya o think it might be then same thing that happened to you. When I pulled out the billet seat the second time there's a small indent where I don't think it was lined up when I put the new pulley on. I have a friend that is really good with stuff like this and he's going to look at it tomorrow. I'm hopping its just a seal.

Yup, that sounds right. I hope she's ok. Let me know how it goes. Also, if you can take pictures with the part out and of the keyway, we can make a warning in the DIY section for others. I already tried, but I didn't take pictures, so I don't think the explanation was very good.
