He is building up 1 less psi than Perrin due to the elevation. 1 psi means a lot in terms of HP. For example the 10 psi pulley is 3 psi over the "stock" 7 psi pulley and makes 40 more HP. By this you can see how much 1 psi more would give him at least.

One advantage of turbo systems is the wastegate will compensate for altitude. Meaning if you set the wastegate for 7 psi it will always keep the boost at 7 psi regardless of altitude. The turbo will be spinning faster to make that boost though and you may have a tiny bit more lag.

If Perrin develops a wastegated system for this SC, the same can be achieved. The wastegate will vent the pressurized air when it reaches the set psi. Skatery, I would seriously look into this option!

Another thing is the timing is obviously being pulled in the upper rpms as skatery confirmed is due to the tune being conservative due to his fuel up there.
