Unfortunately if look at most car audio manufacturer head units regardless of brand, they all seem to be tailored to work with iPhone/iPod setups with very little Android support that I can see.
Hopefully more manufacturers will get on board with Android support. As far as Pandora Internet Radio goes, I believe your limited to iPhone or iPad and iPod if jailbroken
I just bought a Pioneer AVH-P8400BH and its dripping with iPhone/iPod support, so I picked up an iPod touch to utilize some of those apps like Pandora
