Talk to KNS to see if those brackets still exist.
It's been mentioned several times in this thread. You need: 04 STI front rotors OR 08+ STI front rotors REDRILLED to 5x100; 08+ STI rear rotors REDRILLED to 5x100; STI brake caliper bolts; BRZ brake lines; etc..
All the Brembo calipers are the same in size, just differ in mounting areas. There's no difference in what wheels fit 04-07 and 08+.
