I can first and foremost say that with the trend of 'hellaflush' fanatics the people that give the scene a bad name are usually the younger kids with haggard cars like older generation civics with a roll/pull with a baseball bat on some Rota's or XXR's with spacers to push the wheel out and to top it off with chewed up fenders.
I used to have a ton of respect for MotoIQ until I started reading more into their blogs and saw what they post up on their Facebook. I feel like if they don't like something they feel the need to bash on it and have everyone hate it as well. For example I was interning at a marketing company in which they showed up, took a picture of my FRS which I at the time just installed my Airrex suspension, and labeled it 'hellafail'. I feel like their classy-ness of a reputable blog/site has gone down drastically.
The saddest part of all of this is when people start bashing the owners of the car because they wanted to modify it the way they envisioned. The automotive scene is so screwed up by people telling others what to and what not to do.
People have different taste. At the end of the day, it's
YOUR car and do as
YOU please with it.
