I ended up buying the 2" Knockout Seals that Home Depot sells in its electrical section. There are a few DIY posts out there on various car forums talking about how people have used them as cheap centercaps. I did a test fit and it looks like it'll fit with the hubcentric ring in. I'll plasti-dip it black and take some pictures this weekend.
