Not necessarily.

The difference can vary (ounces to maybe several pounds) between the two. Actually the actuators for the door locks and power window motors weight more than the manual door lock cables and manual window mechanisms. For ex, a p/w motor is about 2-4 lbs depending on the type of vehicle.
