Technically, we do have a form of a post-turbo oil cooler. At least, in regards to the oil that flows through the turbo itself. The oil is pulled (not pushed) through the turbo into an oil reservoir tank, and then runs through quit a bit of tubing before it gets back into the engine. It's completely possible that the oil is the same heat it was at before it went into the turbo by that time.
We've also discussed secondary oil cooling, and may implement that in the near future. One of many projects to tackle.
