I have attempted to acquire the requested data but I apparently don't know how. I do have an ELM 327 v1.5 adapter that communicates well with my tablet. I do have the Torque Pro app. I see the Torque Scan on the menu and it gives me the list of working PIDs in green and the others that are not working. The only way that I know to record data is to use the track record off of the Real Time Data on the menu. I feel sure this is not the data you want since it is only what I have specified to record.

Please enlighten me so that I can be of help.
