Are you high or something? When you cost a mass produced part you take the costs of the materials (CF, resins, time spent on finishing the part, mould, etc) This to make is no more than 500 -600 bucks. Now it depends on the type of CF laying as well. So I think It is :
1. Overpriced for what it is (if it was functional)
2. Not functional - the amount of air that circulates behind the bumper, on top of the the reinforcement bar is very limited.
In conclusion: bad design and overpriced. I wouldn't spend my hard earned on this.
