Fact is, they could offer a standard model with delete options and have the same results and not have to sell you it any cheaper.
My idea of a track model FT is one without interior carpeting, ac delete, radio delete, cc delete. No sunroof. No CC. Manual only. Roll up windows. Maybe even steelies.
I think the standard model will come with the Advics brakes, so mechanically the only difference might be uprated springs and MAYBE a slight hp bump. So why not just get a standard model and let club racers worry about the track spec car, as it'd be ready for a roll cage, pay no extra for unused factory alloys etc.

either way, the one i will buy is going to have at least a few amenities. i'll see what's offered at different prices, and go from there. i can deal a lot better with a stiff suspension than i can with no a/c, ha. and since i still plan on autoxing with the FT and running some track days, i'd like the sportier bits. i just don't need a full-on race car is all.
