I'm ok with either direction you decide to go in. I would think it would have to come down to cost the whole trunk vs. difficulty/quality of installation of the spoiler. Those top sections in particular look to be very fragile depending on thickness/material and how they will be secured (maybe have them hook over the front of the trunk). I wonder how flush they will be. I would have to assume drilling will be required on the top and rear of the trunk.
I would say if the difference is within a couple hundred dollars and you can save some weight. Go with a full trunk (Wanting to run STX SCCA class being able to take it on and off would be great, again depending on cost. I'm ok with running prepared and looking damn sexy
).
Either way you decide to go, I can't wait. Hope anything I mentioned helps.
