IDK who would chase someone down because their window got chipped by a rock while driving, because that is clearly accidental. But if someone damages your car or any belonging for that matter because they just dgaf, it is just rude and inconsiderate. It probably doesn't help that i live in a city full of idiot A-holes, and i have a slight anger problem (probably due to the fact that i grew up here).
