Then yes you will need brackets for those seats. You can put the seatbelt bolt into the stock locations in the back seats, but i must advise against it for safety reasons.

Thanks for the info on the seats, looks like I shall get better ones. I plan on doing autox, and taking my car to the track when ever i get the chance to do so.
