Telemetry and data system weighs the same as a smartphone.. I've seen it and it's sticked to the front windshield with a small antenna.
LF-A is a different car, different class with BoP (balance of performance) rules. These rules simply state that the LF-A should weigh AT LEAST 1450kg and it has 2x ø34.2 air restrictors.
